DAILY COGNISANCE:
Faith and Authenticity of God’s Word
“And Jesus said to the centurion, ‘Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.’ And the servant was healed at that very moment.” Matthew 8:13.
Scene: A small, dimly lit room. A woman named Sarah is sitting at her kitchen table, looking anxious as she reads her Bible. Her friend, Mark, enters.
Sarah: (sighs) I just don’t know what to do anymore, Mark. It feels like every door is closing.
Mark: (sits down) Have you read Matthew 8:13?
Sarah: (shakes her head) No. What does it say?
Mark: (opens the Bible) “And Jesus said to the centurion, ‘Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.’ And the servant was healed at that very moment.”
Sarah: (thoughtfully) So, faith is key, right?
Mark: Exactly! The centurion believed without Jesus needing to physically go to his home. It was his faith that brought healing!
Sarah: But what if my prayers aren’t being answered?
Mark: (leans in closer) Remember, Sarah, sometimes the answer isn’t what we expect, but it’s always on time and best suited for us.
Sarah: (smiles) I’ve seen God’s goodness before. I just need to believe again.
Mark: (nods) Yes! Lean on the authenticity of God’s Word. When you believe, miracles happen. Trust it always.
Sarah: I will! Thank you, Mark.
(The scene fades out as Sarah opens the Bible, a renewed sense of purpose in her eyes.)
Conclusion: Narrator (Voiceover): Your believe and trust is required for God’s supernatural Intervention.
